My studs are just part of the family at home but have made their statement in the show ring and passed screening for inherited problems such as hip dysplasia, elbows, thyroid and eye problems, prior to being offered as public stud. All females accepted for breeding to one of the Summerwind studs must be a good representative of the breed, good temperment and be screened clear of these inherited problems.
